The hotel is located in a very nice area, just a short walk from shopping and restaurants. The pool was nice and the breakfast was large, with a pancake machine and pancakes.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, including Siera and all the support staff, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms that were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from La Crosse, and there were plenty of eateries and shops nearby. The parking was spacious and convenient, making it easy to come and go. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options such as cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and more. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Location was perfect and very accessible. Staff was very knowledgeable when asked about local restaurants and fitness gyms.

Breakfast was very disappointing compared to other Holiday Inn Express locations and I have eaten at many. I probably ate midway through when it was offered and the omelets and meats were all dried out. Not very appetizing. Should have gone to Perkins across the road.
